In 1998 Shirley joined Jack Lingo REALTOR in Rehoboth Beach. She is the current 2nd Vice President of SCAOR. She has been a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the past two years. Shirley teaches the New Member Orientation class for the Association. She helped create the new course requested by DREC - The Road To Success, a six-hour class for Rookies. She also teaches the following courses for SCAOR: Agent's Core, Broker's Core, Legislative Update, Ethics, Agency, Calculator Course, Business Planning, and The Road to Success.
At the state level Shirley served on the Task Force to create a State wide Agreement of Sale and has attended the Delaware Association of REALTOR'S Agency meetings.
Shirley's business accomplishments include designation in CRB, CRS and GRI; she also holds a Delaware Broker’s license. In 2003 she received the Top Sales Associate & Team Award for Jack Lingo Realtors. Other duties she performs for Jack Lingo Realtors are Professional Standards Coordinator, Education Coordinator, New Homes Coordinator and New Sales Associate Trainer.
Shirley is very involved in civic activity. She is a contributor and participant in the Relay for Life". She is the Bay Colony Home Owners Association Secretary and a member of the Canal Corkran Home Owners Association. She is an active member of the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bethany Beach. 
Sh1rley has been a REALTOR for 28 years and an approved instructor for 23 years, teaching both pre-licensing and broker courses, as well as many continuing education courses.
