New Home Communities
The Kalvinsky/Mason Team is proud to represent two of the award-winning builders in the area, Thompson Homes and Anderson Homes.
Thompson Homes began their entry into Rehoboth with Canal Corkran, one of the premier communities in Rehoboth. They are now building Heritage Village, a townhome community, located on the Heritage Golf course, and The Seasons, a community comprised of single family homes, condos, and duplexes. Both communities have a community pool.
Anderson Homes first came to the beach area when they built Fairfield, a townhome community off Long Neck Road. They now have two additional communities: Summercrest, a single family community of 98 homes off Plantation Road in Rehoboth, and The Homestead, a townhome community in Millsboro.
