Personal
Born and raised in the Wilmington, Delaware area, my youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations that centered around school, church and athletics. I graduated from St. Elizabeth's High School and subsequently took many courses at the University of Delaware. My real estate license was obtained in 1976, and I became a Broker in 1981, was REALTOR-ASSOCIATE of the year in 1983, REALTOR of the year in 1988, President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS in 1995, REALTOR of the year for Sussex County in 2004, and served on many local, State, and National real estate Committees. I also earned the CRS and CRB designations, although I no longer display those designations in my profile. My family moved to the Rehoboth/Bethany area in 1997 and I joined Jack Lingo REALTORS. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family (particularly my grandchildren), traveling, reading, sewing, playing golf and enjoying the beach.

I am a licensed REALTOR specializing in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, townhouses, condos, mobile homes, lots, and income-producing property in Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, Dewey Beach, Milton and the Long Neck area. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
